Our client is a creative and brand design agency. The Fix are currently recruiting for an Account Director to join their team in Windsor, Berkshire (min 4 days on site).

Please note we are ONLY accepting candidates who are from a similar Packaging (FMCG) AGENCY background (e.g., Think 1HQ, Elmwood, Design Bridge).

My client is a fun and passionate packaging design agency in Berkshire. They lead brand and packaging design for an exciting blend of leading FMCG brands (many food/drinks). Working in partnership with their clients they create, develop and nurture brands to their full packaging potential and have successfully been growing for over 30 years.


The scope

Reporting into the Managing Director, this Account Director will be the primary lead for the new business agency, working to bring on all new business opportunities with the plan of being their full time Account Director as projects progress. They must be experienced at account handling and maximising opportunities for new business expansion—from writing new business pitches, delivering pitches (typically over Teams), being proficient in packaging design language and creative critique, with strong attention to detail. They should be warm and personable; future clients will buy into this person as much as they do the agency, so building a strong relationship is key. Candidates will have experience in branding and packaging design and already have experience at Account Director level including new business pitching and relationship building. We are looking for a strong leader to drive new business and be an Account Director billing pillar within the business. This role suits a driven, proactive person with a warm, approachable and team-led mindset.
