With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations. What are we looking for? We are currently seeking a customer service driven individual to join our team in our Waste Management office. You will be responsible for liaising with customers and general administration. The successful candidate will either have waste experience or be a quick learner. Full training will be provided. If you like working part of a team, providing excellent customer service skills and general administration - this is the role for you! The role will be based at main waste facility in Moreton Valence - Gloucester. Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5.30pm One in four Saturday Mornings - 08:00am - 12:00pm Responsibilities for the job role: Managing customer enquiries, via phone calls, emails and directly in the depot Provide administration assistance to all direct Sales and Commercial personnel within the Waste Management division. Deal with invoice queries and requests for credits as delegated and prior to authorisation by the Waste Administration Manager. Preparing reports as required for the Waste Administration Manager and Waste Divisional managers. Ensure that in-house excel data sheets are updated accurately and efficiently. Continually review all administrative processes and systems in place and to assist with any proposals for improvements required. Working closely as part of the Waste administration team to ensure that all emails and correspondence received are dealt with in a timely manner and correctly filed. Check purchase ledger invoices to ensure the correct allocation of costs prior to authorisation by the Divisional Administration Manager. What can we offer you?
