Other responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and ensuring care plans meet new needs with accurate written records.
* Participating in person‑centred care planning, implementing and evaluating monthly plans.
* Supporting residents with medication requirements.
* Overseeing staff supervisions and supporting staff development where required.
* Acting as the key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns are escalated when necessary.
About You

Our ideal candidate must:
* Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Have 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Have a positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
* Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
Additional Requirements
* A DBS Disclosure check, cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
