* Evaluate technical results and propose further surface treatment developments.
* Undertake literature and market research to guide R&D directions.
* Prepare and review technical documentation such as development reports, process transfer documents, and SOPs.
* Participate in project planning for both internal and collaborative membrane separation projects.
* Operate laboratory equipment and, when necessary, train team members in new procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimize synthesis and development strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Advanced degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a related field with 3–5 years’ industry experience.
* Proven experience in polymeric membrane development and membrane separation processes.
* Strong hands-on background in organic synthesis, coating formulation, or surface chemistry.
* Demonstrated problem-solving ability and practical, solution-oriented mindset.
* Solid understanding of chemical characterization techniques.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
