Our client in Newcastle is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, acting on behalf of local NHS trusts and private medical providers. You will be responsible for managing clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution, providing expert advice to clients, and working collaboratively with a streamlined team of legal professionals. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent client management skills, and the ability to handle complex cases with accuracy and professionalism.
