School/HR administration experience would be advantageous but not essential. Please note the successful candidate for this role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. The key responsibilities: First point of contact for HR issues, drafting HR policies and sending correspondence Processing monthly payroll Maintaining documentation and personnel records Monitoring staff absence and training Recruitment responsibilities - writing adverts, sending out application packs, helping to schedule the interview days, welcoming candidates, producing contracts and paperwork The minimum requirements: Administration experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and picks up systems with ease Can work in a busy environment with tight deadlines Ability to remain extremely confidential Great communication skills Minimum Maths and English GCSE or equivalent The ideal candidate: Experience within a school setting/HR department Knowledge of SIMS Interested?
