We are partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing business to appoint a commercially driven Head of Sales / Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and customer acquisition within its non-food liquids division. Following significant investment in a new high-capacity production line, the business is entering an exciting growth phase. This role will be instrumental in driving new contract manufacturing partnerships and maximising utilisation of this expanded capability. The company produces a wide range of non-food liquid products, including household chemicals, cleaning solutions, and fragrance misters. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for a sales leader who thrives on winning new business, building a strong pipeline, and converting manufacturing capability into long-term commercial relationships. The objective is clear: fill capacity, grow the customer base, and support future expansion. The Opportunity This position is suited to an ambitious business developer or sales leader with experience selling contract manufacturing or outsourced production services. With strong technical capability and operational infrastructure already in place, the business now requires a commercially focused leader who can generate opportunities, secure high-volume contracts, and fully leverage the new production line. Key Responsibilities Lead all commercial activity for the contract manufacturing division Identify, target, and win new customers to maximise production capacity Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of business opportunities Develop relationships with brand owners, distributors, importers, and product-led businesses Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract close Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure feasibility and delivery Shape the commercial proposition and contribute to go-to-market strategy Track and report on pipeline performance, activity levels, and conversion rates Support onboarding of new customers and transition into operational delivery Provide market insight and customer feedback to inform future investment decisions Candidate Profile We are seeking a commercially focused individual with a proven track record of winning new business in a B2B environment.
