The Impact You'll Make
As a Banking Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. Your insights will shape the design of next-generation banking products, from mobile payment platforms to regulatory compliance systems. You’ll ensure that every feature we deliver not only meets requirements but also creates real value for customers and the business.
What You'll Do
* Partner with stakeholders across retail, corporate, and digital banking to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Translate complex banking processes—such as loan origination, KYC/AML checks, and payment workflows—into clear functional specifications.
* Collaborate with development teams to design solutions using tools like Jira, Confluence, and BPMN modelling.
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases, coordinating feedback, and ensuring smooth go-live.
* Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes (e.g., PSD2, Basel III) to ensure solutions remain compliant and competitive.
* Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align business goals with technical capabilities.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking, financial services sector or consulting .
* Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital channels, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical jargon into business language and vice versa.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting process inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
