At Claims Consortium Group, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We support homeowners and insurance customers when they need help most, often during unexpected and stressful situations.
We are now looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Out of Hours team in Taunton.
This is not your typical call centre role.
You will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with property emergencies and insurance claims outside of normal business hours. From helping homeowners through urgent situations to coordinating contractors and ensuring issues are handled quickly and professionally, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What youâll be doing
* Handling inbound emergency and out of hours calls
* Supporting customers with property related emergencies and insurance claims
* Coordinating contractors and third parties to resolve issues quickly
* Logging and updating information accurately across multiple systems
* Providing empathetic, professional support to customers during stressful situations
* Working closely with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with service level agreements and client processes
What weâre looking for
Weâre interested in people with strong customer service skills and the right attitude. Experience within insurance or property would be useful, but it is not essential.
Youâll likely have:
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence using multiple IT systems
* The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods
* A positive and team focused approach
* Empathy and confidence speaking with vulnerable or distressed customers
