What You Will Do

* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to create and implement care plans.
* Conduct assessments and reviews, keeping thorough and accurate records.
* Advocate for the best interests of the children, supporting them in meetings and representing their needs.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality services for cared for children.
