Job Details
* Job Title: Chef Manager
* School Location: Carlton Le Willows School, Gedling, NG4 4AA
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Shifts & Working hours: 6:30am-4pm (45 hours per week)
* Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)
* Pay: £35,000 per year

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a kitchen team, ensuring smooth service operation
* Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and nutritional standards
* Deliver fresh, seasonal menu items for volume production
* Liaise directly with onsite clients to meet their requirements
* Maintain kitchen equipment, storage, and inventory
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Chef Manager
* Strong cooking and people management skills
* Experience with volume cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients
* Ability to work within school schedules and operational needs
