Role Overview
Completely Care is seeking enthusiastic Autism Support Workers in Wallingford. This role focuses on supporting individuals with autism in daily activities, social engagement, and skill development. Flexible shifts are available, both part-time and full-time, allowing you to fit work around your schedule while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with autism in daily routines and structured activities
Encourage communication, social interaction, and life skills development
Assist with hobbies, educational tasks, and community engagement
Monitor wellbeing and provide a safe, supportive environment
Collaborate with colleagues and family members to provide consistent support
Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting individuals with autism or additional needs
Understanding of autism-friendly approaches and strategies
Compassionate, flexible, and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
