Job Description

We are looking for carers in Basingstoke, Hook, Overton and Tadley to work in the evenings and/or weekends. You will be joining our teams of highly valued carers to provide care support for our elderly clients in their own homes.
A job with us is different.
Our home care visits are at least an hour long, so you don’t have to rush and you can do the job properly.
We give you enough travel time between clients.
We encourage you to get to know your clients and build relationships. Clients will look forward to seeing their caregivers and will value their relationships with you.
We do not wear uniforms, making it easier to build those relationships.
We think training and career development are important, so we give you full training before you start, support you to gain your Care Certificate, provide ongoing training through online and in-person training, and provide opportunities to gain Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications.
We value our people, and provide outstanding pastoral support as well as an Employee Assistance Scheme.
