Residential Childcare Support Worker Location: Morecambe Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Basic salary of £25,563.20, with the potential to earn up to £32,283.20 including sleep-in shifts We are looking for warm, motivated and inspiring Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our welcoming team at Bay View.

You will be based in one of our family-style homes in Heysham or rural North Lancashire, each supporting a maximum of four young people.
In this role, you will support young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, homely and nurturing environment where every young person can thrive.
All of our homes are rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, and we are looking for individuals who are committed to maintaining and developing these high standards.
If you do not already hold a relevant qualification, you will complete either the Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children and Young People or the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship within two years.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
