Join our team in the heart of Braemar! We're looking for an enthusiastic General Hotel Assistant to support both our Kitchen and Housekeeping teams. This varied role is perfect for someone who loves staying busy, takes pride in high standards, and enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Whether you're seeking a seasonal opportunity or a full-time role, you'll gain valuable experience across multiple departments-plus the chance to progress into a Hospitality or Professional Cookery Apprenticeship.
What You'll Do
* Support kitchen operations: dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards
* Assist with laundry: sorting, washing, ironing & stock control
* Help the housekeeping team: bedroom cleaning, linen changes, replenishing amenities
* Provide friendly, helpful guest service throughout the hotel

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Great attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
* An interest in hospitality and guest service
