Job Title

Legal Assistant


Salary & Compensation

Base pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (indicative).

All new hires in our Nebraska office are eligible for a $1,000.00 sign‑on bonus paid on a retention basis ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year).


Benefits

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 100% in‑office.


Responsibilities

* Review and process legal documents.
* Locate and extract information from legal files and records.
* Gather and organize relevant material for legal proceedings.
* Proofread documents, scan, and prepare correspondences.
* Perform other duties assigned by management.


Experience and Skills

* Preferred: 1 year of legal experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Ability to maintain confidential legal files and documents.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


Security Requirement

The employee must ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information, protecting against threats or hazards that could harm customers, employees or the company.
