Administration Assistant – Payroll Focus | Fixed Term (3 Months)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support payroll and general office administration on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in assisting payroll processing while also supporting day-to-day office operations.
Hours:
Approximately 25–30 hours per week (Friday availability required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with payroll preparation and processing
* Collecting, checking, and entering employee timesheets
* Maintaining accurate payroll and employee records
* Responding to basic payroll queries and escalating as required
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry and filing
* Supporting onboarding and other ad‑hoc administrative tasks
About You:
* Previous administration experience, ideally with payroll exposure
* High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience using Employment Hero or similar payroll systems highly regarded
