Administration Assistant – Payroll Focus | Fixed Term (3 Months)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support payroll and general office administration on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in assisting payroll processing while also supporting day-to-day office operations.
Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week (Friday availability required)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with payroll preparation and processing
2. Collecting, checking, and entering employee timesheets
3. Maintaining accurate payroll and employee records
4. Responding to basic payroll queries and escalating as required
5. Providing general administrative support, including data entry and filing
6. Supporting onboarding and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You:
7. Previous administration experience, ideally with payroll exposure
8. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
9. Strong organisational and communication skills
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office
11. Experience using Employment Hero or similar payroll systems highly regarded
