About the Role
We are looking for 3 experienced Cleaning Account Managers to join our growing North division overseeing a new utilities contract.
This contract includes over 200 office and industrial sites across the Northwest. You will oversee all cleaning aspects in your designated area, with direct line management responsibility for a team of operatives. You should have the energy and drive to advance the contract.
Responsibilities
* Maintain strong client relationships with high satisfaction levels
* Ensure quality of service delivery
* Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams
* Conduct ad-hoc activities such as projects, reports, and audits to support the Operations Manager
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures and legislation
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
Required Skills and Attributes
* Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
* Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level
* Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
* Knowledge of Health and Safety systems relevant to the cleaning industry
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Strong commercial awareness, financial management skills, and IT literacy
* Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative
