You'll work across our portfolio of 5 fantastic venues in Inverness and Nairn, stepping into various roles, from smashing out gourmet burgers at Scotch & Rye to crafting elegant seafood dishes at The Sundancer. One week, you might cover as a Sous Chef at The Whitehouse, the next lead as Head Chef at The Classroom while we recruit, or jump in as a CDP at Prime. No position is permanent—your role is to fill the gaps and keep the wheels turning, ensuring exceptional food and a smooth operation wherever you're needed.
