About the Role

Responsibilities
* Support and care for young people in a residential setting
* Be a consistent, positive adult role model
* Help develop confidence, independence, and everyday life skills
* Take part in activities and daily routines

Qualifications
* Aged 21+ (legal requirement)
Required Skills
* Caring, patient, and resilient
* Comfortable with an active role (training provided)
* Reliable and motivated to support young people
Preferred Skills
* Experience in care or safeguarding is welcome but not essential.
Pay range and compensation package
* £26,210 – £29,801 salary (including shift allowance)
* £2,000 annual retention bonus
* Additional sleep‑in allowance
* Full training & induction – no experience needed
* Ongoing career development and support
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Stable, set shifts for better work–life balance
* Shift Pattern: Fixed shifts: 7:30am–4:30pm or 1:00pm–10:00pm, Alternate weekends off
