Corporate Associate / Director / Partner
Bristol or Oxford
A highly rated, award-winning UK law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join its growing team in Bristol or Oxford.
With a national corporate practice of over 70 lawyers across multiple UK offices, the team advises a broad client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions, private equity-backed businesses and FTSE 100 companies. The practice is known for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice on complex and strategic transactions, while maintaining a strong local presence and an international outlook.
The Opportunity
The Corporate team is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to recruit an ambitious Managing Associate, Director or Partner (title dependent on experience). Lawyers with 4+ years’ PQE are encouraged to apply, though candidates with more senior experience will also be considered.
You will work on a wide range of corporate matters including:
* Mergers & acquisitions
* Fundraising and private equity transactions
* Shareholder and investment agreements
* Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
* Joint ventures and strategic investments

About You
* Significant post-qualification experience in corporate law
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client industries
* Ability to run and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Proven experience in financial and matter management
* Confident with legal tech, case management systems and MS Office
* A proactive, approachable team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to consistently demonstrate strong professional values
