✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Be the main contact for a portfolio of digital clients
* Own campaign delivery, performance, and reporting
* Spot and secure opportunities for account growth
* Build strong, long-term relationships at every level
* Drive retention by delivering clear, strategic value
* Collaborate tightly with in-house delivery teams
🎯 What You’ll Need:
* Agency-side experience in a digital account management role
* Solid understanding of performance marketing (Paid, SEO, CRO etc.)
* Confident communicator – reports, calls, presentations
* A commercial mindset and a drive to grow client accounts
* Detail-focused, analytical, organised
