As an Associate Clinical Scientist within our eCOA team, you will help shape the development of electronic clinical outcome assessments used in global clinical trials. What You'll Be Doing
* Support the development and migration of clinical assessments from paper to eCOA formats
* Conduct literature reviews and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts
* Coordinate with internal teams to produce eCOA documentation for form builds
* Assist in reviewing data from eCOA platforms, usability testing, independent ratings, and surveys to improve functionality and clinical guidance
* Maintain internal tracking for eCOA builds, documentation, and enhancements
* Partner with operational teams during testing, validation, and issue resolution
* Draft and update work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs that ensure compliance with GCP and internal standards
* Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with remote colleagues
What We Look For
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree in psychology, social work, counselling, psychiatric nursing, or related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years administering standardized assessment tools, psychiatric symptom rating scales, and/or neurocognition scales (academic practicum from a terminal Master's acceptable)
* Knowledge of scale development and clinical assessment best practices
* Experience in clinical trials, research, or clinical settings preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
* Strong follow‑through, problem‑solving skills, and demonstrated initiative
* Ability to work collaboratively within multifunctional teams
* Fluency in English; additional languages an asset
* Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe
* Based in or able to work remotely from the United Kingdom
