Customer Service & Sales Administrator
Location: Slough
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Working Pattern: Fully office-based, 5 days per week
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a professional, personable, and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join a growing team within a leading brand. This role plays an important part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiency across a network of trade, retail, and online customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing: Receive and process telephone, email, and online orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Customer Enquiries: Handle inbound phone and email enquiries, offering product and colour support, order assistance, and resolution of customer issues.
3. Communication: Build positive relationships with a diverse customer base through professional, friendly, and informed interaction.

4. Excellent communication skills, with confidence in speaking to a variety of customers over the phone.
5. Strong customer service focus, delivering support in a helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient manner.
6. Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and positive approach in a busy environment.
7. IT literate, comfortable using computer-based systems and capable of processing orders efficiently (Microsoft Word experience essential).
8. Professional presentation and conduct, representing the brand with courtesy and confidence.
