Our well-established client is currently seeking a Training Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Training Administrator will be required to support the training administration team and customers through a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist candidates with their training applications Monitor emails for training enquiries and match them with available training opportunities. Ensure training rooms are set up daily with the appropriate materials. Liaise with approved training providers to ensure all necessary arrangements for training courses are in place. The training administrator will maintain a stock sheet of all training collateral Key Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Willingness to go the extra mile to be helpful to callers. The Training Administrator will have strong attention to detail Good knowledge and practical experience of using Microsoft Suite and Outlook. Company Benefits: Death in Service cover of 3 x salary.
