- Lead by example and role model our company values to inspire and coach your team whilst embracing change and rising to the demands that this role brings

- Drive footfall and customer retention through strategic thinking to spot opportunities with a clear commercial plan to grow our business

- Effectively inspire your team to exceed company sales and service goals, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’
