Responsibilities
* Supervise the fresh production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
* Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture.
* Implement production schedules that maximize efficiency without compromising product quality.
* Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and ensure product excellence.
* Monitor key production metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

Requirements
* Significant experience in production management, preferably in the food industry with an emphasis on fresh produce.
* Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating staff to achieve goals.
* Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse production data effectively.
* Experience of using ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills, able to liaise with various stakeholders and team members.
