What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver the Healthy Child Programme using the innovative 4/5/6 model.
* Manage a defined caseload, providing tailored support and early intervention.
* Safeguard children and support families through collaborative, strengths-based approaches.
* Work closely with local communities and multi-agency teams to promote health and resilience.
* Mentor students and newly qualified staff and supervise nursery nurses.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Children's, Mental Health, Midwife).
* Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) qualification.
* Nurse Prescribing qualification (V100).
* Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
* A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of child development, perinatal mental health, and safeguarding.
