Claims Service Manager
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

About the role
We’re seeking a Claims Service Manager to shape our support for strategic clients. The role focuses on proactive account management, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to meet client needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Skills required
* Experience in building strong client relationships in a service-led role
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Ability to manage complex client scenarios and provide expert advice
* Proven track record of process improvements and strategic planning
* Knowledge of home claims or the insurance industry is advantageous

* Starting salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
