Responsibilities
* Develop personalised career development plans based on clients skills, interests, and aspirations.
* Develop tailored, data-driven career strategies and action plans aligned with client objectives and employer expectations.
* Deliver engaging workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance clients employability and professional skills.
* Research UK employment trends, sector-specific requirements, and sponsorship opportunities to ensure client strategies remain current.
* Assist clients in identifying suitable career opportunities and creating actionable steps towards their goals.
* Utilise teaching techniques to effectively communicate complex concepts related to career planning and development.
* Monitor progress of clients, providing ongoing support and adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate with organisations to understand workforce needs and tailor programmes accordingly.
* Stay informed about labour market trends, industry developments, and new methodologies in career guidance.
Experience
* Proven experience in career coaching, counselling, or related roles.
* Strong background in teaching or training, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.
* Familiarity with labour market analysis and employment trends is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client programmes simultaneously.
