In Adult Social Care, we want the workforce, our most valuable asset, to be skilled and confident to enable them to deliver good quality care and support to people who use adult social care in Wakefield.
An exciting opportunity has become available to support the delivery of an effective and high quality workforce development service. The successful candidate will manage the commissioning, implementation, delivery, evaluation and quality assurance of all our learning and development activities, to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
If you have previous experience of leading and motivating staff in a supervisory role, knowledge of implementing and monitoring processes and experience in managing budgets then this could be the ideal position for you!
You’ll need a high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise between competing demands, excellent keyboard skills with a proven track record in the use of Microsoft Office packages, such as MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential to the role when analysing and retrieving data.
