A vibrant and welcoming primary school in N9 is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their team on a long-term agency basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Reception Teacher to inspire young learners and support their early development in a nurturing environment.
The Role
As a Reception Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Reception pupils
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress and maintain clear records in line with school policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition into Key Stage 1
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Reception Teacher will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Be patient, creative, and enthusiastic about fostering early learning
- Be committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and ambitious Reception Teachers looking to further develop their skills in a supportive setting.
