Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead in the design and delivery of a suite of world class sales enablement to support confidence in the sales team and facilitate revenue growth.
• Consistently collaborate with the sales team to identify gaps in the sales enablement portfolio and fill those gaps with new or revised collateral with the aim of shortening the sales cycle.
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for targeted offers and create effective, strongly designed sales enablement to support these.
• Create a close collaborative process with Marketing to ensure a clear synergy between GTM messaging and sales enablement.
• Bring external insights into the business to support the innovation of our solutions through a wide range of resources.
• Act as the SME in sales meetings bringing a combination of market intelligence and product knowledge to elevate client conversations and embed Talking Talents aim to be "thinking partners" with our clients.
• Manage multiple opportunities at the same time to required timelines, including working on different clients/ proposals/ pitches across different industries, sectors, regions and countries.
• Work with the sales team to collaborate on high quality proposals including RFP responses and bring the solutions expertise attending pitch meetings as required.
• Gather case studies and success stories with the aim of building an Impact Portfolio for use in client conversations and proposals.
• Have an awareness of how to use the latest academic research and incorporate this into sales enablement and client conversations.
• Liaise closely with the PRI team to ensure smooth delivery of bespoke solutions to ensure we're consistently delighting our clients.
• Attend conferences and events to gather external insights to support the future proofing of our solutions.
Person Specification
• Experience creating compelling sales enablement materials and proposals in a variety of formats – highly experienced in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe and ideally familiar with video creation tools and Articulate software (Rise, Storyline)
• Excellent writing skills with experience of creating high quality solution presentations and collateral.
• Excellent PowerPoint and design skills.
• Strong experience and understanding of the concepts behind behaviour change, learning technology and coaching.
• Background in Psychology or related OD/HR specialism
• Experience of designing solutions and consulting with clients around OD/ culture change/ behaviour change/ coaching solutions.
• Experience of using data and research to advance the credibility of proposed solutions.
• Excellent client facing skills with the ability to lead meetings with senior client stakeholders in a credible and highly professional manner.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the business.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively at pace.
• An interest in presenting or public speaking (webinar panels / events)
• Ability to work flexibly to meet global team demands.
