Job Title: General Pharmacist

Working hours: Full time, Monday - Friday
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Pharmacist to join our client's team in Ashford. This role is vital for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care within our diagnostics and cancer ward. The successful candidate will be a key member of the pharmacy clinical services team, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications and contributing to overall patient care quality.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting medication reviews
* Verifying prescriptions
* Providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals
* Preparing and dispensing medications in compliance with regulations
* Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
* Contributing to treatment protocol development
* Educating and supporting patients and families regarding medications
Qualifications and Experience:
* Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
* Experience in clinical pharmacy, especially in diagnostics and cancer care
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Commitment to professional development
