Calex UK is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for the Stellantis brands.

Based in the Parts & Services department, you will collaborate with central quality teams to identify incidents and develop technical solutions, involving some manual technical work. Your role will provide high-level technical support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience across all Stellantis brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with quality teams to generate Customer Incident Reports (CIRs), ensuring all necessary information is available for resolution.
2. Report technical incidents via channels like DID-I, Technical Platform, Warranty, Customer Relations, and RAC.
3. Gather and report feedback on new products to trigger resolution processes.
4. Develop tracking systems to identify trends and monitor incidents.
5. Support internal and external requests for information to facilitate solutions.
6. Assist Technical Field Managers with office and field support.
7. Manage CTF reporting and rework programmes.
8. Reduce delays between incident detection and solution implementation.
9. Ensure prompt, accurate job requests with clear descriptions.
10. Review and improve processes and procedures regularly.
11. Prepare detailed management reports on issues.
12. Manage vehicle parking to ensure safety and efficiency.
13. Operate according to best practices and uphold company values.
14. Identify and resolve technical issues quickly in the UK dealer network, maximising customer satisfaction.
15. Review processes for continuous improvement.
16. Process Diagnostic Tool orders and coordinate with the Aftersales Support team.
17. Escalate issues promptly to management.
18. Manage processes within budget constraints.
19. Follow-up and develop action plans for issues and projects.
20. Deliver presentations and briefings as needed.
* Conduct risk assessments and review activities in line with Health & Safety regulations.

Essential Requirements:

* Full motor vehicle engineering apprenticeship or a recognised technical degree related to automotive engineering.
* Electric Vehicle qualification, equivalent to IMI Level 3 or higher.
* Experience in a technical role within a dealership or technical centre.
* Knowledge of raising/responding to Technical tickets (DiD).
* Understanding of warranty and recall procedures and customer care.
* Proficiency with Pamir, Service Box, iSOLVE, and Stellantis Diagnostic Tools.
* Experience working in the motor industry and collaborating with external agencies.
* Extensive vehicle evaluation, problem investigation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of current automotive technology and Stellantis products.

About You:

* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to analyse and make decisions on technical and customer issues.
* Language skills in French, Italian, and/or German are beneficial.
* A full driving licence is required.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £38,500, Company Car (BIK)*, 26 Days Annual Leave, plus Calex Employee Benefits (including Private GP, Healthcare, High Street Discounts, Gym Memberships, 24-hour Wellbeing Service, Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Healthcare options).

Company Car (BIK)*

Example: A fully electric Peugeot e-2008 GT with a P11D value of approximately £32,845 results in an annual tax of about £130 (20% taxpayer). Insurance, tax, tyres, breakdown cover, and windscreen repairs are included.

Place of Work:

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role working from home and at Stellantis Head Office in Coventry.
