What Will You Be Responsible For?
As a Principal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Construction Engineering team, leading the delivery of complex construction engineering services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Agreeing on technical requirements and leading the development of fee proposals
* Overseeing the production of design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports
* Building positive relationships with clients and ensuring project compliance
* Providing leadership to your team and conducting performance reviews
* Staying abreast of design developments in health & safety, sustainability, and innovation
* Promoting the engineering profession and contributing to best practices
What Are We Looking For?
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A Chartered membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g., CEng MICE)
* Significant relevant experience in a similar role
