Residential Support Worker
31 per hour plus £30 per sleep in
Shift Pattern: 10am to 10pm (followed by a sleep in) on a 1 on 2 off basis

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Our home is a complex care home, we can accommodate 2 young people of either gender for 8-18-year-old on a planned or emergency basis at any one time. The home is a large Victorian styled building, that is decorated to a nice homely feel. the home is situated in a residential area close to Widnes Town Centre. The home has good transport links with easy access to local train stations and bus services. We have a bubbly outgoing team with lots of experience, and all aim to provide our young people with the best possible care and support to achieve their personal best.
We currently have two female young people living in the home, one who is aged 14, she is very outgoing and is confident in expressing her thoughts and views, she loves playing Roblox, and listening to music. Out other young person is aged 15 years, she loves dancing, singing and making tiktok dances, she loves to do her hair and makeup, taking pride in her appearance. Both girls are able to communicate effectively and enjoy having a laugh with the staff team.
Our team are very outgoing and bubbly, they all have their own individual strengths that are used to support our young people at different times. We have good effective communication, and are very supportive of both each other and the young people within our care.
