If you’re a Care Solicitor looking to join a truly supportive team within a nationally respected family law firm, this could be your next step.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm’s South Yorkshire offices, managing a public law caseload from start to finish and advocating for vulnerable clients at PLO meetings and in court.

Who we’re looking for
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (all levels considered, including NQs)
* Solid understanding of childcare law and public law proceedings
* Experience managing or assisting on own caseload of care matters
* Advocacy experience or willingness to develop
* Children Law Accreditation
* Team player who contributes to a collaborative working environment
* Friendly, compassionate approach with a passion for helping families
* Full-time preferred; 3 days/week possible for the right person
What you’ll be doing
* Running your own caseload of care and pre-proceedings cases
* Managing a range of complex child law matters, including child protection, fostering, and adoption
* Attending and representing clients at PLO meetings and in court
* Delivering outstanding client care and communication
* Participating in business development and sharing ideas with the wider team
* Supporting colleagues by stepping in to cover hearings or leave where needed
