Responsibilities
:
1. Perform Goods in duties, unload vehicles, check and unpack receipts, including accurate and timely data entry to various databases.
2. Picking stock for despatch, checking stock inventory, and packing goods in preparation for shipping.
3. Asset tagging new customer stock received pre-storage into the warehouse.
4. Move/transfer stock within the warehouse and between warehouses and ensure updates are mainlined within our stock control systems.
5. Maintaining tidiness and organisation within all Warehouses.
6. Assist drivers in Customer site shredding and asset collections.
7. Van driving to support Collection and Deliveries to Customer sites.
8. Inventory stock checks of assets held in the warehouse utilising our stock control systems to always ensure stock integrity.
9. Assist with waste collections in and out of WEEE equipment to the recycling plant.
10. Advise the management team immediately if any problems occur that have an impact on the business.
11. Work with the team to ensure a proactive workflow
12. To carry out other ad-hoc requests as required by the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications:
13. Must have a current and clean manual driving licence
14. Advanced PC skills using a range of MS packages.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously to see tasks through to completion environment
17. Understanding Health & Safety risks of working within a warehouse environment and able to follow safe working practices
18. Keen eye for attention to detail
19. Able to work under pressure
20. Willing to work flexibly and undertake a range of tasks and duties
21. Ambition & drive to do well and succeed
22. Excellent Organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
23. Ability to work at a fast pace, still ensuring a high standard
24. Understanding of Stock movement
25. Ability to pass various security vetting and those as required for clients? needs
26. Understand Warehousing, Logistics and Shipping
27. Full security vetting will be carried out in line with our company and client requirements.
