Responsibilities
* Arrange Service Department bookings.
* Ensure efficient workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
* Complete upselling work and promote special offers/Service Plans.
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
* Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or a similar DMS System.
* Experience in upselling.
* Full manual UK Driving License – subject to drivers check.
