In this role, you will:

1. Be the center of excellence for qualitative research that flows into Innovation development.
2. Lead the design and execution of innovation research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies.
3. Assist FEI B&C team in developing and executing innovation strategies, manage innovation portfolio, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Advance IFP insight capabilities through rapid/agile methods, digital, AI and in-house to provide modern insights toolkit.
5. Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

6. At least 5 years of experience with a wide range of consumer research methods.
7. Experience working on innovation research preferred.
8. Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners.
9. Strong communication skills (both verbally and written).
10. Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus.
