We are looking for a Customer ServiceSpecialist to assist our customers with technical problems whenusing our products and services. Your responsibilities wouldinclude resolving customer queries recommending solutions andguiding product users through features and functionalities. To besuccessful in this role you should be an excellent communicatorwhos able to earn our clientstrust.
Tasks
* Respondto customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone email orchat
* Identify customer needs and help customersuse specific features
* Monitor customercomplaints on social media and reach out to provideassistance
* Share feature requests and effectiveworkarounds with team members
* Inform customersabout new features and functionalities
* Followup with customers to ensure their technical issues areresolved
* Gather customer feedback and sharewith our Product Sales and Marketingteams
* Handle a high volume of incoming callsand emails from customers
* Collaborate withother departments to ensure timely resolution of customerconcerns
Requirements
* Previouscustomer service experience in a call center or retailenvironment
* Experience in the energy industryis desirable but not essential as training will beprovided
* Experience using a CRM system isdesirable but not essential as training will beprovided
* Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
* Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
* Ability to work in afastpaced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously
* Proficient in using computersystems and software applications
* Strongattention to detail andaccuracy
