As a Multi-skilled Operatives your duties will include: * Ensuring production starts and ends on time * Assist in the manufacturing process – cutting, shaping, assembling, finishing components. * Undertake quality checks on outputs, identifying defects and rectifying/raising issues as appropriate to maintain our high-quality standards. * Uphold health & safety standards, housekeeping, and ensure the factory environment remains safe, clean and organised. An ideal candidate for the Multi-skilled Operatives will have: * A good level of technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality. * A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to different tasks and a willingness to help across the team.
