🌎LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK:
At Elite Dynamics we champion our clients to utilise the power of tech to improve productivity and performance, and it’s the same for our people. We offer a remote working policy for all employees, albeit some UK travel will be required for training, events and periodically scheduled company meetings.
This role is a full-time home-based role, with typical working hours expected between 9am and 5.30pm, although we do like to finish a little earlier on Fridays.
As expected with any senior role, you’ll need to fulfil obligations of projects which might occasionally mean longer hours on evenings and weekends.
🖊️WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:
A Microsoft Dynamics Reseller specialising in delivering vertical solution based on Microsoft Dynamics technology and associated 3rd party products into the Caravan and Holiday home market sector.
😊OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Working within the senior Management team, this is a critical role to the Business responsible for delivering the implementation of Microsoft dynamics-based SaaS solutions to customers on time and budget. The Professional Services team is composed of a team of 11 Lead Consultants, Application Consultants and Project Managers
* You will have 5-10 years' experience leading a professional services/ implementation function in a B2B SaaS business, ideally in an SME private equity backed business
* Overall responsibility for delivery of Microsoft dynamics-based ERP implementation projects to onboard new customers and implement new modules for existing customers on time and on budget.
* Manage the functions chargeability and recovery to ensure profitability metrics are hit
* Implement best practice Project Management, planning and reporting within a SaaS delivery model
* Attend board meetings where required to present specific updates on the Operations department
* Lead the ongoing implementation of Microsoft Project Operations to enhance the function
* Proactive in the developments of the Microsoft ecosystem and keeps up to date with certification personally and for the team
💻 ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Project Management experience with accreditation (PRINCE, AGILE, SCRUM)
* Experience of leading a Microsoft based Software delivery/ implementation function (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM or other)
* Experience of working in software delivery in a remote context
* Best practice understanding of software implementation and project management within a Microsoft framework
* Demonstrated track record of delivering process improvements and optimising delivery
* Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead from the front where required
* Strong stakeholder management
* Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
* Evidence of high performance in a fast and evolving environment
* Experience of engaging and influencing people at all levels using coaching techniques
