Overview
Avencera
We’re an AI-native, human-led business built to help clients reimagine, reinvent, and lead their markets into the AI era. We bring the imagination, intellectual cut-through, execution smarts, and adaptive approach to collaboration required to help leaders deliver real change.
Through our consulting practice, we work with clients in central Government, health and care, education – and increasingly with enterprise clients – across a combination of sophisticated strategy, innovation, transformation, and capability-building engagements. Our capability work includes a combination of qualification and programme specification; learning content design; and, delivery to executive-level participants in client organisations.
Through A WORKS we collaborate with thought leaders, innovators, and AI-specialist developers to tackle the biggest problems we face in public service, health and education – setting aside the consulting commercial model to work in whatever ways best solve the problem.
In partnership with our AI-specialist development team, we’re building innovative new tools that will transform our clients’ organisations and customer experiences – some for clients on a consulting basis, some through A WORKS that we will take to market as products.
We\'re a business powered by the passion, grit, insight, intellect, and execution-smarts of our people: a tightly knit team of market experts, willing to challenge market convention, and our colleagues, in pursuit of the transformational change we believe is possible.
In education, we hold a strong position in the awarding and the technical and vocational segments; and are increasingly interested in how our expertise can support colleagues in higher education – including particularly executive education – and the school space.
We believe that our depth of insights, and our ability to work seamlessly between national policy, organisational strategy, AI innovation, transformation, professional development and wider workforce development perfectly positions us to help address the challenges the sector faces – and to translate that impact internationally.
Through Project Shybird we’re building an AI-powered solution which radically improves and accelerates the development of new qualifications and programme specifications — and helps educators to build outstanding learning experiences, content, and resources.
We want to leverage that solution, and our data-driven and AI-powered learning management system (LMS), to play our part in the progressive, impactful, adoption of AI through the education value chain in ways which empower and transform the working experience of educationalist – and generate transformational impact for students.
In that context, and conscious of the huge wave of learning product work that will flow from apprenticeship, V Level and other Government reforms, we\'re recruiting a learning product specialist. We\'re looking for someone with the combination of technical skills, empathy for educators\' experience, and AI-savvy to help us reinvent products.
If that sounds like you, we\'d love to hear from you.
