The Role
You’ll own the monthly Business Services rhythm—ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and consistent delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
Key responsibilities
* Lead monthly operating cadence, reporting, and controls
* Deliver accurate management reporting and cashflow schedules
* Oversee contracts and compliance
* Provide direction and leadership to the admin, AR and AP team
* Drive process improvement and system optimisation
Skills and Experiences
* 4+ years in transactional accounting
* Experience leading or mentoring teams
* Strong ERP capability (NetSuite or similar)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
