* Reporting daily to the desk manager
* Responsible for the allocation and management of incidents to field engineers
* Maintain customer awareness of any incidents
* Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple workloads
Requirements
* Strong IT skills
* Customer-facing experience
* Ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously
* Excellent prioritization skills
* Experience in admin, office-based, or call center roles is advantageous
* Previous customer service experience
* Full UK driving license
