Key Duties:
• Liaise with clients, banks, estate agents, and solicitors
• Open client files and manage case system
• Handle SDLT forms, registrations, and post-completion duties
• Prepare contracts, quotes, completion documents, and invoices
• Draft mortgage reports and review searches
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
• Strong communication & organisation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
• IT literate and proactive
