Location: Fordingbridge
Salary: £23,809.50 pa (to be increased in April 2026)
Hours: 8.00am-16.30pm Monday to Friday, including 1 hour for lunch

Working with our Client who is a well-established global distributor, we are now looking for a WarehouseOperative to work within their packing department on a permanent, full-time basis.
TO BE A CONSIDERATION FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT OR LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
Responsibilities of the WarehouseOperative:
1. Picking of stock with a high level of accuracy
2. Inspection of customer orders to ensure Right first time.
3. Packing of customer orders to strict cut off times
4. Releasing of orders to couriers
5. Undertake cycle counts and stock takes as required.
6. Maintain the safe handling, storage, and identification of goods in accordance with relevant procedures.
7. Follow standard work instructions and maintain company procedures and follow all HS&E regulations.
