We are looking for a full-time support worker to assist Clair, who loves animals, especially dogs, and enjoys beach walks and the countryside. Her ambition is to become a dog walker. She has a love for the 80's era, particularly the music.

Clair has spent much of her life in a long stay hospital and is working towards increasing her independence and building confidence. She needs support primarily around her emotional well-being, reassurance, and help in making sense of her feelings. She is very independent at home with minimal support required there.
She has Autism, which can make the world seem confusing and frustrating at times. When happy and well, she is great company and loves engaging in outdoor activities and dog walking. She also enjoys 80's music and culture. The ideal support worker should be caring, empathetic, and understanding of her journey.
